Full RGB range on hdmi #199

2 Identical monitors one using Display port one HDMI

HDMI is not in full RGB mode and no way to set it to full

I haven't tested this on cosmic, but a potential workaround is to run a proptest command in the tty before launching the compositor. I've followed this page to get the full RGB range on HDMI on sway, which also doesn't have a builtin RGB range setting.
