visual: window snapping: border too small when quarter snapping

This is a pretty small bug, as no screen recording tool seems to work I will try to show with screenshots

1. drag a window to top right corner
2. it snaps there, taking 1/4 of the screen space
3. now hold it at the top bar and drag it away from that corner
4. the windowsize often increases slightly and the blue outline box is now too small
5. when letting go of the window the outline adapts to the correct window size

it seems that the outline component uses the old, snapped window size and not the correct one. This does not happen in other snapping cases for me.
