We are currently not using a system like weblate, but that doesn't mean you can't help translate!
All the different subprojects of cosmic-epoch are mostly using fluent
for it's translation. You can usually find these under resources/i18n
in the repository, e.g.: https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-comp/tree/master/resources/i18n
People frequently do pull requests with new or updated translations, e.g. https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-comp/pull/378
More about the (pretty intuitive) syntax of the files can be found here, if necessary: https://projectfluent.org/
I hope that is helpful, feel free to ask, if you are stuck somewhere and thanks for interest in contributing!

I checked and found the files, and seems that I can edit them easily. I'll learn how to pull request. I hadn't done that before, but seems that there are some tutorials about it. Thanks for your patience.
Hello, I tested cosmic-epoch today, and I found that I really like it. So I'd like to help to translate (localize) this DE. (Btw, I had used weblate to translated some projects on Github.) Howerver, I didn't find how to help to translate in README.MD or wiki.
