[Suggestion] Add instructions or warning about uninstalling cosmic-de #385

I installed Cosmic-DE to see how far along its come. When I switched back to the regular pop-desktop with wayland disable, the theme is rather messed up and borderline unusable.

It would be helpful to get more user's interested in cosmic-de if there were a safe way to revert back to pop-desktop. Also, if there is no safe way (since that probably involves work) add a disclaimer to the Installing on Pop!_OS part of the README.

Change between dark and light themes in GNOME Settings and GTK will be set back to the Pop theme.

I did try that and a lot of other things without success. I ended up booting into the pop-os recovery mode which was quick and pretty painless.
