USB Mouse not recognized for about 10 seconds after login #519

POP!_OS Alpha 1 is very impressive. Confirmed mouse/dongle working on the machine after dual boot to Linux Mint. The trackpad works right away but the USB Mouse (dongle) takes about 10 seconds before it is active. Running on Acer Aspire laptop.
