Scale setting restricts maximum resolution of XWayland games #595

When trying to run games with XWayland, the maximum resolution is affected by the COSMIC scale setting.

My native desktop resolution is 3840x2160 with Scale set to 200%. Both Final Fantasy XIV and Helldivers 2 do not have resolution options above 1920x1080 with these settings.

Reverting Scale to 100% allowed me to select the native desktop resolution in Helldivers 2 (didn't try FFXIV again as it's extremely crash-heavy on COSMIC).

Final Fantasy XIV running as a native Wayland application is unaffected.
