Theming not matching up with a few apps #598

I wanted to say that Cosmic Epoch is looking really nice and functioning well, but I have noticed an issue already and I wanted to bring it to attention. So far, I've only found one app, GitHub Desktop (forked from shiftkey), where the tab bar shows white when the appearance is set to dark and the theme is set to dark. I know the title says "apps" as in probably more than one, so I figured maybe I'd leave it there in case anyone else wants to post their issues with any more apps that may have an issue with the theme matching up.

Have you tried turning on the experimental setting to apply the theme on GTK apps? image I don't know about vs code but it might help with nvidia and few other apps.

If you installed that Github Dekstop through the app store then it's a flatpak and it won't have permission to access the folders for themes.

VS Code for me has a light bar despite my theme being dark and it's installed as a deb. Nvidia X is matching my theme. Interesting.
