No drawing tablet input #729

When using the first-party Wacom kernel driver or using OpenTabletDriver in artist mode, COSMIC does not register any input from the drawing tablet

COSMIC built using cosmic-session-git 1.0.0.alpha.1.r0.gc3de3d2-1 from the AUR Tablet: Wacom Intuos S CTL-4100
