When using the COSMIC desktop environment, the application window occupies a significantly larger portion of the screen compared to GNOME. The space around the application window is reduced, leading to less visible desktop background.
Description:
The Applications window, accessed via the Applications applet or Super+A, is consistently displayed as oversized, occupies an excessive amount of screen space. Significantly impairing usability and user experience.
Expected Behavior:
The Applications window should be appropriately sized to fit within the screen dimensions, enabling effortless navigation and selection of applications. I think two rows for applications with scroll option can be a good idea
