When an applet icon has been clicked (such as the "suspend/restart/shutdown" icon in the corner) the subsequent mouse travel path sometimes inadvertently touches another icon, switching to the briefly hovered other applet's window state rather than the original selected one
This can be a frustrating experience for the user if they cannot move directly to the desired content within the open window, but instead have to remember to move "down" then over.
