[Suggestions/Feature Requests] Cosmic System Monitor with network usage per process #822

A simple up/down display of internet usage on a per process basis. Furthermore, something like a way to permit/deny network connections for apps/processes could be a good thing, maybe such a feature-set could live in its own tab, or simple column. Its suggested by someone almost 17 years ago to gnome system monitor. https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-system-monitor/-/issues/18

I really like this idea. Being able to deny network privilages to processes in a easily accesible way would be greatly helpful. An applet would be even better!
