[Feature Request] Adjustable Window Decoration Position #850

Please implement settings for adjusting the positioning of window decorations.

Predefined positioning is perfectly fine as in "Left/Right" (Gnome Tweaks style)

I like the idea but I dont think that it should be in the main settings app. I think it should be configured manually in a cosmic text configuration file
