Sorry for my density, but can you explain this better and explain why it's desirable? If there are images or videos that demonstrate this, that would probably also be helpful.

I see, thank you for the video. I didn't know games existed that moved their own window around like that.

An aspect of this which i forgot to mention is retention of user input even when the window goes off screen.
I know that this will probably not be a priority as it's still in alpha and a relatively niche functionality, but it would still be nice to have window dancing supported. Window dancing as in the program moving floating windows by itself, mostly used by games (i think) like in Rhythm Doctor.
