Right Clicking on tab in VS Code crashes VS Code #949

When I "right click" (actually 2-finger click using trackpad) on a tab (file title) in VS Code it will crash all instances of VS Code. I'm not sure if this is an issue with all Electron based apps or VS Code specific as VS Code is the only Electron based app I have installed.

I'm running Cosmic on NixOS (Stable 24.05). VS Code info is shown below and the About page for Cosmic is attached as a screenshot.
