[BUG] Desktop icon file previews reload randomly #609

Cosmic-files version: Git Commit: d29baf1

Issue/Bug description: Opening Firefox causes the desktop icons to reload, fullscreening a window sometimes causes a reload, icons seem to reload in the background just randomly as well, every time this happens all of the desktop icons flicker for a moment

Steps to reproduce: Leave COSMIC open

Expected behavior: I would expect icons to reload in the background but the user should be aware of this happening

Could you please also show the logs when you run cosmic-files-applet, i did watch your stream and some logs about some files being large or something with non UTF-8 content on a .dat file seemed dubious.
