[BUG] "Open With" shouldn't appear behind other windows #611

Cosmic-files version: Git Commit: d29baf1

Issue/Bug description: When "Open With" is used with a file on the desktop it spawns in the middle of the screen, if there is a window in the middle it will be behind the window.

Steps to reproduce:

Select "Open With" on any file on the desktop

Expected behavior: "Open With" should be visible upon first launching

Testing it further this should also apply to "New Folder" and "New File" as well
