Option to not require password at login/Auto-login for specified user after boot #128

Not needing password at login is an important feature when using encryption as it avoids having 2 password prompts (1 for decryption and 1 for login) while still maintaining security.

I'm not sure if this belongs in cosmic-greeter or cosmic-settings, but we can transfer it again if necessary.
