[BUG] Sometimes results only show open apps, and no search results #196

Noticed recently since updating, never happened before.

For example I would expect the settings app to appear in this search:

Not sure how to reproduce this sadly :( It seems to come and go (happens a few times in a row consistently, then stops happening then comes back again)
