Auto hidden panel can be covered by the dock #172

Setup:

  1. Panel positioned at top, extended to screen edges, and set to autohide
  2. Dock positioned at left or right, extended to the screen edges, does not autohide
  3. The Dock will cover parts of the revealed Panel
