[Feature Request] Being able to drag windows from the empty space on the panel #221

Being able to drag windows from the empty space on the panel like gnome desktop would make it so much easier to unmaximize and drag windows around.

(this should only happen when the panel is at the top)

Can you elaborate on how click-dragging on the panel moves a window around? Are you referring instead to a window's titlebar?

No,I mean when you click and drag on an empty space on the panel you would be able to drag a maximized window around and unmaximize it easily. have a look at this in gnome pop-os:
