[Bug] Dock Auto-Hide toggle doesn't work when window is maximized #242

When the Auto-Hide feature is enabled for the dock, it does not properly hide or show when a window is maximized. The feature only works as expected when the window is tiled but not maximized. If a tiled window is subsequently maximized, the issue can be reproduced consistently, with the dock failing to hide or reappear.

The toggle consistently works only on external display
