Cosmic-Screenshot generates blank screenshot on 1366 x 768 display #2

I'm not entirely sure of the parameters of this issue, but on a Lenovo X230 with a native 1366 x 768 resolution display Cosmic-Screenshot generates a blank screenshot which reports the correct resolution but contains no actual image.

When I test Cosmic-Screenshot on a 1024 x 768 virtual machine, it is fine. If I have a second display (1920 x 1080) attached vertically, Cosmic-Screenshot works fine.

I'm not sure what's causing it to function incorrectly very specifically on the built-in 1366 x 768 only.

I've assigned myself to this so that I revisit this in the near future. I think it may have been resolved as part of general dev work on cosmic-screenshot, but need to test and verify.

As of at least https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-screenshot/commit/f853446dbe1ff6e124749cdfd0eeb94dc43e884a this has been remedied!
