Update icon #24

This replaces the generic symbolic icon with the COSMIC Screenshot icon from the designs.

Not sure how to make the notification use the 16x16 icon (it just uses a scaled down version of the regular icon). Though this might be more on the applet side.

Sorry for the ping @wash2, but could this maybe be reviewed, since it would be nice to have an icon for the alpha?
