[Feature Request] Add an option that forbids other apps to adjust the microphone volume automatically #556

Messenger (Brave) & Steam voice chat do that for example. It doesn't matter what value one sets for the microphone, since it gets changed automatically anyway.

Having an option that disables that globally would be cool. 👍

@onlyreportingissues quoting the spam link is probably a bad idea. Github seems to be cleaning those up pretty well, and if you make a post that contains a spam link, you might be at risk of having anti-spam measures taken against your own account.
