[Feature Request] Button to import/export custom keybind shortcut #633

Currently the only way to save custom keyboard shortcuts is to look for the config file in the folders. I think having an easier way to do that similar to Themes would be a nice QoL for those who may want to share their custom keyboard config or simply save them.

For those landing here from a search engine, like I did, the path to the settings file is ~/.config/cosmic/com.system76.CosmicSettings.Shortcuts/v1/custom.
