terminal is defaulting to dGPU #216

Unsure exactly when this changed, but I've amended the .desktop to:

Exec=env WGPU_POWER_PREF=low cosmic-term

This should likely be default for all the wgpu apps in cosmic.

Needs testing after updating libcosmic and iced
