Same error using both toolchains when attempting to compile: stable-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc nightly-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc

cargo build and cargo +nightly build both fail

I believe this is a greater libcosmic issue, cosmic-edit apparently had the same problem
