Allows users to drop a window onto another workspace overview (in addition to dropping on the picker) #53

With multiple monitors, the user can not move a window from one display the other without dropping the window into the workspace picker. Instead, they should be able to drop the window directly in the other workspace overview (the right side as well as the picker).
