[Feature Request] Workspace Picker (optionally) always displayed on Desktop

I would love to have the option to always display the Workspace Picker on the desktop. Ideally, we would have the following features:

• Anchor the Workspace Picker to a screen edge
• Different sizes available for Picker (small, medium, large, xlarge, custom)
