Closes #111

Check if a system with only magnetic storage copying large files across partitions/networks can do so successfully without stalling.

Tested this and it does fix my general freezing that I know to test. Thanks!

I have done substantial performance testing with your patch so far, although I'm testing against flash/nvme primarily (no spinning media). Your patch has improved my btrfs performance significantly -- thank you. I'm using btrfs with 2 subvolumes (/root and /home) with LVM and an overall size of ~500GB.
