(KDE Community Spin) Adding basic QT utilities, image formats, and fwupd Discover backend #116

Adds applications to open pdf files and an image viewer.

Adds KDE Connect and the libraries to use extra image formats users may run into.

Adds fwupd backend to Discover so device firmware can be updated

I think that must have just been me getting wires crossed. I have moved the apps down to recommends but left the fwupd backend and the image formats in depends as I feel like these are essential for everyday use of any machine.
