This add a preinst that does the following:
Sets the default sddm theme to Breeze. Without it it defaults to the very basic maui theme which is both unappealing, while also not fitting in with the plasma theme. Also forces the onscreen keyboard which is unwanted.
Creates a symlink for the pop wallpapers, gnome and KDE differ on where they expect system level wallpapers.
Remove folders for random Debian wallpapers. Not sure where they originate but they do not belong.
