Move gstreamer-vaapi to Recommends, replace openaptx with freeaptx

The first would allow removing the gstreamer1.0-vaapi package, which may fix black squares being reported with Totem

The second uses the correct library for Pipewire. Pipewire switched from libopenaptx0 to libfreeaptx0.
