Etcher bootable USB is not UEFI #31

Hello there,

The installation guide suggests to use Balena Etcher to create the bootable USB for an install. When using the 22.04 LTS version of Pop the USB that results is not UEFI bootable. I've tried this with several drives and on MacOS and Windows 11, and both have the same result: A legacy-only drive that UEFI-only machines cannot recognize.

Is there a way around this besides using another ISO utility? I've succeeded in using Rufus to create a UEFI bootable, so it seems to be a problem on the Balena side. I'm assuming because the ISO is a hybrid?
