Issue/Bug Description: Hi team. I don't know if this should go in this repo or in launcher, but nevertheless I'd like to report this strange behavior I got.

My steam install got broken/erased from flatpak (the cause of this is out of this issue since it most likely was myself) but the desktop entries at application launcher still remained registered and opening them yielded no error. I guess this can happen with any other application

Can't take a screenshot of the launcher but all entries for steam and its shortcuts (like friends section) still show, after selecting Show Details on the invalid shortcut it confirms that the application is indeed not installed

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

Didn't reproduce this again but deleting any flatpak app from ~/.var may trigger this

Expected behavior:

Getting an error displaying that the executable/path was not found
