"Ready to upgrade" notification opens wrong Settings page #175

After downloading an OS release, a notification is displayed that the update is ready to be installed. Clicking on the notification opens the About page of Settings, when on 20.04 and above, it should open the OS Upgrade & Recovery page where the button to reboot & install is.
