In order to pass Title 20 certification we need to make the following changes:
Set Automatic Suspend to 30 minutes by default for System76 machines and leave it "off" by default for other hardware.
Have a setting to revert back to defaults.
It seems that the simplest in terms of introducing the Reset to defaults functionality in Settings UI would be to add "Reset to Defaults" button underneath the Power Saving Options listbox.
When nothing has been changed the button should be in the disabled state, so only available when the default setting has been modified. The button affects all three settings in this section. No need for the confirmation dialog since there are no destructive effects or difficult to revert changes.
