I think we should close this issue. The recovery partition was incorporated into the design of the OS Upgrade & Refresh page and there is an updated About page design with added device, model and the removed number of applications.

The design is done, but we still need to implement it. Therefore I have removed the needs design tag as now it is dependent on @pop-os/engineering
