20.04: Extension is disabled and does not work #5

Currently in Pop!_OS 20.04, the always-show-workspaces extensions is disabled as seen in gnome-shell-extension-prefs and gnome-tweaks. The toggle is disabled so I am unable to launch the extension.

Journald shows the following error message regarding this extension.
