added Korean locale #14

Wanted to add Korean translations (pulling from the German locale). Please let me know if there is anything else I can do or change. Thank you~

This extension is not installed by default on Pop!_OS systems anymore. I'm having trouble enabling it to test, as it never worked on 20.04 (focal). The extension has been superseded by the Do Not Disturb functionality in upstream GNOME.

Oh, I was able to get it to work, but I do see what you mean about it being superseded. Thank you. If you know of any parts of pop-os or other projects that need Korean locale, I'd love to know.
