Update dependencies #6

Remove gnome-shell as a dependency so if system76-driver (and therefore this gnome shell extension) are installed on a non-gnome machine, gnome-shell is not installed as well.

perhaps a better solution would be to make this an optional depend of system76-power? This is a gnome shell extension, so requiring gnome shell would make sense. However, system76-power can be used without this extension, just from the terminal.
