log spam: Can't update stage views actor #118

On Pop-OS 22.04

Seeing hundreds of messages in journal like the following:

Jul 15 18:55:37 pop-os gnome-shell[2254]: Can't update stage views actor <unnamed>[<MetaWindowGroup>:0x5592205e6340] is on because it needs an allocation.
Jul 15 18:55:37 pop-os gnome-shell[2254]: Can't update stage views actor <unnamed>[<MetaWindowActorX11>:0x559220b16f00] is on because it needs an allocation.
Jul 15 18:55:37 pop-os gnome-shell[2254]: Can't update stage views actor <unnamed>[<MetaSurfaceActorX11>:0x559220b1adb0] is on because it needs an allocation.
Jul 15 18:55:37 pop-os gnome-shell[2254]: Can't update stage views actor <unnamed>[<MetaWindowActorX11>:0x559220b16b10] is on because it needs an allocation.

To reproduce

It seems to happen consistently when in tiling mode, opening windows, moving windows, etc logs a trio of log entries each time. It also happens every time you maximize an app with double clicking the titlebar, the only exception I've found is firefox.
