"Launch using Dedicated Graphics Card" option displays in Compute mode and does not actually launch on the dedicated GPU #36

In compute mode, the "Launch using Dedicated Graphics Card" option displays in the right-click menu for icons in the launcher/Activities, but does not actually launch applications on the dedicated graphics card (because the GPU is only available for compute in compute mode.)
