Visually more appealing Grub theme #3

This isn't high priority but a visually more appealing Grub theme would be a nice addition to Pop!_OS. Antergos is using a nice theme but I think the cleanness of the Vimix Grub theme would fit pretty good.

@mrprobot The current plan for Pop!_OS 18.04 is to replace GRUB with systemd-boot (on fresh install) so very little if any work is going to go into Grub especially to fancy it up.
