Windows borders problem #464

Doesnt install window borders in cinnamon pop os

The Pop theme is currently developed for Pop_OS and GNOME, and as such there are not plans to develop explicit support for other window managers. Pull requests adding support for other desktops (like Cinnamon) would be evaluated for inclusion.
