[Request] Provide XFWM/XFCE4 Theme #491

Hello, I use Pop_Os! 20.10, with the XFCE 4.14.

I've noticed that Pop gtk-theme doesn't have a XFWM version. Without it, it's almost impossible to use this theme with XFCE. It would be nice to have one, specially with HiDPI variants to use with high resolution displays, such as mine.

I haven't tried it yet so I'm sorry I'm unable to offer any help at the moment. But I'll be glad if you enlightened me about it kindly, if you don't mind.

Hello! Well, actually I don't know much about themes in general, just the basics of CSS... I'm more of a "traditional" C programmer. However I've found a third-party Pop XFWM theme, it might be useful: https://www.xfce-look.org/p/1299758/ It could be a starting point!
