Adds travis jobs on ppc64le #493

This PR adds power support on travis.

This is part of the Ubuntu distribution for ppc64le. This helps us simplify testing later when distributions are re-building and re-releasing,For more info tag @gerrith3.

This package is not architecture specific. Running the travis job on more than one architecture makes no sense
