Light headerbar for light theme #522

A light theme with light headerbars I'm sure would do wonders for consistency imo. It may look a little out of place with the shell theme being brownish but I feel like its still better than the current implementation of light theme

This isn't currently planned for inclusion, but it's possible we may add it at a later date.

It would be great to have this as an option, but I'd request making it optional if it ever does happen. Currently, the Pop GTK theme is the only GNOME-centric theme I know of to contain a light theme with dark headerbars. Yaru used to have that, but they've removed it in recent versions.
