Some windows have very light headerbar top-highlights #547

Describe the problem:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Certain applications, like Nautilus and Disks, have very light headerbar top highlights.
  2. Open these applications and observe bright line at the top of the headerbar
  3. Only happens in light theme
