Describe the problem: Lock screen shows black with the time and does not show the image which has been set.
Steps to reproduce:
Use the tweaks extension to set a lock screen image.
Lock the screen (e.g. SUPER-ESC)
The image selected is not displayed but the lock screen works otherwise as expected.

I just finished testing this on Fedora 36 Silverblue, and the lock screen option in Tweaks doesn't appear to modify anything there either. What's the expected behavior that this option affects?
